Terms and Conditions

Only natural persons resident in Switzerland are eligible to enter. Employees of wordup are excluded. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Multiple entries are not permitted. The competition runs until Sunday, 19 July 2026. The winner will be notified by email once the entry period has ended. No cash alternative. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition or the applicable terms and conditions. Legal recourse is excluded.
Should technical problems arise during the competition, should the website be inaccessible, or should data not be transmitted or stored correctly, wordup GmbH accepts no liability. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Nidau, Switzerland. Swiss law applies. The organiser of the competition is wordup GmbH, Aarbergstrasse 1, 2560 Nidau.
The competition entrant agrees that wordup may store their data and use it for marketing purposes. Further information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in wordup’s privacy statement.
